To Kill a Mouse...

Okay, so you guys won't think I'm COMPLETELY crazy....I'm gonna give you a heads up....today I was in Mentors Workshop and I heard one of the most AHHH!mazing pieces of information I have ever heard in life! According to my teacher....and MPR.org, you can kill a mouse with a certain type of music...what kind?...I have yet to search it, but you best believe I will...and yes, there'll be a blog about it. Anywhooo the thought followed me all day and eventually I decided to write a poem about it....so here it goes.

Sittin in class
Wondering why
Time doesn't pass
Teacher is talkin
"Wha Wha" Is all I hear
Until something very interesting caught my ear
MPR...
Blah
Blah
Kill a mouse with music...
My eyes lit up
"Now that's what's up!"
I thought in my head
I just giggled at the sight of a mouse dead
Lying on the floor
Music full blast
Seizing
Shaking
But it wouldn't last.
Soon it would be motionless
It passed the test
I didn't think this could happen
I pictured a cartoon mouse with X's over its eyes
And I just started laughin!
It wouldn't leave my mind
This act I had to try
If scientists can do it, then so can I!
What music would I use?
What sound would I choose?
Loud and screeching?
Soft and soothing?
No.
Something heavy
Something dark
Like the theme music of a shark?
No.
Maybe screamo
Or Opera
A mix of the two?
The sound of a killer whale...
The song of a Jew?
Maybe...
Just maybe...
Let me find a mouse
I want one to come
I'd be all like "YEAH MOUSE! COME AND GET SOME!"
It will try to run
But that won't spoil my fun.
A stomp on the tail
Then tape to its back
It's trapped, no escape
Like the fall of a superhero with a cape.
The flick of a switch
The turn of a knob
"YOUR MINE NOW BITCH!" I'd yell over F.O.B
And then it happens
The life line flattens
The mission is done.
YAY I WON!
